The Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) 2025 provides 5 kg of free foodgrains per person per month to 81.35 crore beneficiaries under NFSA. Families under Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) receive 35 kg/month. The scheme has been extended until 2029, with ₹1.24 lakh crore allocated for FY 2024–25. Beneficiaries can apply online via pmgky, using Aadhaar, Ration Card, and Bank details to receive free ration and financial aid.
